FMU Card Information and Policy

An FMU Identification Card is a multipurpose card allowing the student a variety of services. The FMU Card is issued during a student’s initial registration at no cost and remains valid as long as he or she is officially enrolled and has paid all fees. Replacement cost is $19 and is generally non-refundable (marriages, name changes, or defective cards excepted). The FMU card is made in the Library Monday – Friday during regular business hours or by appointment.

The FMU card is required to check out books, reserve materials in Rogers Library, and access library e-resources from off-campus. For specific policies regarding use of the card, please see the Circulation Policy.

Off-Campus Students

Off-campus students, and those unable to take an ID picture on campus may upload an ID photo via the MyPhoto system. Cards for off-campus students will be mailed to them, or provided to their instructor.  Other students may pick them up in the library.
